General conditions of sale

Check-in: From 5:00 PM

Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Cancellation:

• More than 30 days before the stay: the full amount paid will be refunded.
• From 30 to 15 days before the stay: 50% of the sum paid will be refunded.
• For any stay modified and/or canceled within 15 days preceding the date of arrival, interrupted or not consumed for any reason whatsoever, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay remains acquired.
• Any modification of a reservation more than 30 days before the date of arrival will result in the deduction of a lump sum of 30 euros for administrative costs.

Payment: We use secure Stripe payment system which accept Visa , Mastercard and American Express

Damage deposit: We take a bank imprint of 900€. This amount will not be credited, except in the event of damage.

Occupancy: The maximum of guests allowed is 6. Children are welcome!

There is not age restriction.

Wifi: Bandwidth restrictions (slower connexion) may apply if heavy use of Internet (over 250GB).

Noise: Thank you for respecting the neighborhood.

Gate: A badge and gate code will be given to you upon arrival. Any lost (Keys/Badge) will be charged 50€ each.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking in the apartment is forbidden.

Cleanliness of the apartment: Please ensure to leave the apartment in an impeccable state of cleanliness, if you decide not choose the housekeeping done, otherwise you will be charged 90€.
